Count your Rainbows Card

The February monthly crop is coming up. I was browsing online wondering what to create this month for the make-n-take. I came across this great tutorial for a Flower Pocket Card on Stephanie Luman’s blog.

Supplies:   Big Shot, Sizzix Dies {flower & tag}, Button, Metal Brad, Kaiser Rhinestone,  Pop-up Glue Dots, Chatterbox Bradmaker circle Punch, Fiskars Edge Punch, Willow Satin Ribbon from Savvy n Sassy,  Natural Hemp Twine, Inkadinkadoo Stamp, Fancy Pants Paper, Bazzill, Staz On, Chalk Ink, Stickles, Smooch,  ATG Gun, Sandpaper.

So Sweet…

I created a Card using 3 Fiskars Punches and a Ek Punch. These punches are so easy to use.  They fit right in my desktop/ tool tote and go everywhere with me. A perfect touch to any layout or card. You have to love tools that are easy to use and you enjoy using over and over on various projects.

Supplies:

SnS Lace – Light Cream cotton Blend Lace
SnS Velvet – Coral Rose Velvet
Fabric AC Thickers – By The Yard Bubblegum Fabric
Basic Grey Lemonade Paper
Basic Grey Chip Sticker
Stickles

Border Punches – Fiskars & EK
Bazzill Cardstock

I enjoyed creating this mini  album of my boys featuring October Afternoon Weathervane papers and a Basic Grey Album. These are the Spotlight Special  items on SALE this week at Savvy n Sassy!  The title of my mini album is “A Everyday Adventure”, it focuses on just the everday moments at home, which can be some of our most cherished  memories. I altered the laces to the color I  desired by using Shimmerz Spritz.

This was a great kit to work with. I  used the white lace with some Glimmer Mist to alter to the color I desired. I  also  used the turquoise loop braid, this color is fabulous!
